Originally from the Philippines, Butch has been a resident of Berkeley County since 1976. For more than 18 years Butch has been in real esate and his dealings have included: residential, land, commericial, and investment properties. Butch holds his ABR, GRI, & CRS designations. Great success has followed Butch''s career: professional honors received include Top Producer Hall of Fame from EPBR, Long & Foster Gold Team, Outstanding Service award for Martinsburg office in ''98 and the Top Producing agent in the Martinsburg office since 1999, as well as the Top Producing Long & Foster agent in WV for 2003-2008.
Cathy DiPasquale has been involved in real estate since 2004. She has been a resident of Berkeley County since 1998. As closing coordinator, she focuses on carrying the contract to closing by helping the client through all of the steps of settlement. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends.
Anna Brewster brings over 9 years experience in Real Estate, primarily working with New Construction Builders. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling and the theater.
